A Letter For You

By Jae Vitug | World of Thoughts ©

“Treat women like the way you want your daughters to be treated. Never underestimate the real power of karma.”

Thoughts of every girl in a friends with benefits relationship

Dear You,

I may have seem to be falling for your charms, but please don’t abuse it, know how to cherish it.

I have been waiting to feel this way since I was a child, reading of fairy tales, until I became a teenager sitting down a couch eating popcorn over a chick-flick, to being a full grown woman just wanting to experience what love really feels like.

As much as I don’t want my heart to get broken, I can never decide for what was destined for me.

I know that whom I want in life depends on time, but who stays would depend on me. But what if I’m already trying to make you stay, but you just ignore it, you ignore me and my efforts.

I guess I’m just not the girl for you.

Freedom After Surviving Multiple Heartbreaks

By Jae Vitug | World of Thoughts ©

Have you ever had that feeling when you just don’t wanna be alone? That you need that special someone to be beside you all the time? To have him making you happy?

I’ve had that myself, and would admit that I was on a constant hunt for a man who can make me happy, make me so in love that I wouldn’t care about the world.

Instead, I didn’t actually find what I was looking for. I can say that every man is the same, leaving you after getting what they want. But that’s not exactly it, you took the risk, knowing that there must’ve been something, until you become so clingy, for the fear of loosing this guy, that you ended up just annoying or scaring them away.

Plus, to all women out there, let’s not just give out ourselves to attract men. Don’t, that’s what they want, basically their goal, if they’ve reached it, they’re gonna go out on it again to get some with another girl.

It may also be our fault they act that way, they think they can get anyone easily with those uncunning charms, they do because we fall for it. They wouldn’t care about lying anymore, for as long as they’d get to sleep with you. We do need to respect ourselves, because they wouldn’t, if we ourselves do not.

World Cup 2014 | Germany: The Victory is Ours

For sheer spectacle and shock value, if not quality of play, the 2014 World Cup will go down as the most memorable in history.

With three matches to play, this tournament is four short of the 1998 record for most goals scored in a World Cup. It already has a first-class villain in Luis Suárez and his teeth, and an indefatigable underdog in Costa Rica.

Now, with Germany’s semifinal 7–1 humiliation of hosts Brazil, the tournament has a match that will be remembered for as long as people care about soccer.

“Something like that happens every 100 years,” said former Germany captain and current ESPN commentator Michael Ballack. This was not an exaggeration.

Waking up at four at the sound of my alarm clock wanting to watch a live stream of today’s game, The World Cup Semi-Finals, Brazil vs. Germany.

Sadly, I couldn’t find any link to it online and the television isn’t lined up for the game. So I did what I could do best, refreshing my twitter timeline and google for only the latest news of what’s happening in the field.
